As a juror what I look for in a painting are competence in the handling of the medium,
composition, drawing, values, color, edges and a personal visualization.
The entries represent a rich variety of subject matters, individual artistic styles and visualizations creating a feast for the eyes. What a wonderful joy for the heart. I congratulate all the artists for presenting such a wonderful group of paintings.
You have shown your skills and talents beautifully. Such a sumptuous array
of paintings makes for a great exhibition.
It was difficult to select awards for they were so many good paintings.
